Starting pay is $16.05 an hour, with a $2.00 an hour perfect attendance bonus with occasional overtime. $1.00 increase at 90 days. Light Factory	Tiffin, Ohio	Minimum of $14.00 and higher -depends on the department.	These full-time positions are temp to hire at 75 - 90 days operating machines to make small metal car parts. Load parts into machine; take parts out of machine, inspection after a certain number of parts produced. Openings on days, afternoons and midnight shift. This general labor position requires bending, lifting and twisting motions in a refrigerated fast paced environment packing bags of food into boxes. Attendance Bonus is $2.00 for every hour worked including overtime. $1.00 increase at 90 days.
