Manufacturing / Factory Openings	Tiffin, Ohio	Each factory has different pay scale	Various factories in the Tiffin area are seeking to fill their open positions. Type of Positions include: Sorting, Packing, Machine Operator, Manual Labor, Inspection, Assemblers, Shipping/Receiving, Die Maintenance, Forklift, Palletizing, etc. Some positions will be considered entry level while other openings would be for those with some experience in a manufacturing setting or a mechanically inclined individual. These positions are full-time/long-term working a set shift - days(1), afternoons (2)or midnights (3). When you apply with Pyramid - please inform us of your shift preference. Over-time and some weekend work may be required. - When you apply with Pyramid -please inform us of your interest (or not) in working over-time and weekends. Training may be on a different shift - if you are unable to work a different shift to train, please inform us when we discuss your availability. Pay Rate is determined by the factory we are working with and the shift bonus amount will vary from company to company. - please inform us of your salary requirements. * Increases in your pay may be achieved by completing your probation period, advancing through skill set trainingor following a bid process within that particular company. Pyramid is working for area employers, therefore those companies are paying any fees. Depending on the facility; some require steel toed shoes while others do not. The dress code at most factories will be jeans and t-shirt. Upon hire with Pyramid you will be given the specific dress code policy for your host employer.
